Agreement

Opening an account or using any part of Kingmaker means you accept our General Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Notice, our Cookie Notice, the conditions of each promotion and the rules of each game. When a promotion has its own conditions, they come first for that promotion. Our General Terms and Conditions are currently at version 1.12, last updated on 19 August 2026.

Who can play

You have to be 18 or older and of legal age where you live. Checking that online gambling is allowed in your country is your job, before you sign up and every time you play. People living in our Excluded Jurisdictions cannot open an account or add money to one, and some game providers keep their titles closed in further countries. NetEnt games are not available to players in Australia.

Your account

Sign up in your own correct name and keep your details up to date. We allow a single account for each person, household, phone number, email address and IP address, and extra accounts are treated as duplicates. We may ask for proof of identity, address and ownership of your payment method before or after you play. An account that nobody logs into for 180 days becomes inactive, and a monthly administration fee may then apply.

Bonuses

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement that has to be completed before its winnings can be cashed out. Casino bonuses are wagered within 10 days. Games count towards wagering at different rates, and asking for a withdrawal before the wagering is finished cancels the bonus. Each offer can be claimed once per person and household.

Deposits and withdrawals

Use only payment methods that belong to you. Deposits are played through at least once before a withdrawal, we may verify your account before paying out, and withdrawal limits depend on your VIP level. Our finance team handles requests within 3 business days once all checks are done.

Sports bets

A sports bet is accepted at the odds shown when you place it and cannot be changed afterwards. Live bets may be delayed briefly before acceptance, and results, abandoned events and maximum winnings follow the betting rules in our terms.

Fair play

Duplicate accounts, collusion, fraud, exploiting errors and bonus abuse are not allowed. In those cases we may close accounts, cancel promotions and remove the winnings involved.

Contact our customer service by email first. If the team cannot settle a case straight away, it passes the complaint to the right department and keeps you informed about its progress.
